We arrived safely at St Olav. We were picked by Jon and other Norwegian friends. The experience of seeing them again was really exciting. we drove from Gardemon airport really excited. what was strange is that Florence and Getrude found thier eyes closed though they were not intending to do that, when we arrived at school, certain things have changed, the white house has been demolished planning to build a new school. as usualy the environment was inviting and welcoming.
We had lunch prepared and we enjoyed the food so much delicious. we drove straight to Strandstua. it is situated in the coastal area. sitted in the dinning room we can see the nice view of the fjord of Oslo. We went outside for a walk, it was windy as a result i felt very much cold, it was like i have put my head on the deep freezer. the temperature was approximately 6 degrees celcius . when we came back the first group prepared waffles and we had that for lunch with brown cheese, everyone wanted to have a bite with that cheese. Florence waited for the cheese to come to her. 
Ragner took several learners for canoeing and Getrude was the only teacher who participated, when asked ” How did you feel” she replied ” frightening” but once we have started moving, the fear goes off, and i enjoyed the paddling. She invited me(Vusi) to join. hesitently i agreed. the second group has started with baking preparing tomorrows meal as we will be going to Sweden for a boat ride. the last group is preparing the dinner, Fride and Linda are in charge , looking after the group. Vusi and Jon are african man watching how the food is prepared in mexican way with taco. we are longing to taste that food
